When you contact us or book a call, we collect the information you provide directly — name, email, store URL, and message content. If you become a retainer client, we also hold billing contact details, Shopify store access details, and records of work performed under your retainer.

How we use it

To respond to inquiries, schedule and manage calls, deliver retainer work, and send invoices and related billing communications. We do not sell your information.

Third parties

We use third-party services to run Storko, including Calendly (scheduling), Resend (email delivery), and Wise (international payment). These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms.

Data retention

We retain client and billing records for as long as needed to deliver services and meet accounting obligations.
