Terms of Service

Placeholder — replace with counsel-reviewed terms before signing real retainer agreements. Individual retainer clients sign a separate, specific retainer agreement covering scope, hours, rate, and payment terms.

Services

Storko provides Shopify development, website design, and digital marketing services on a fixed-scope project or monthly-retainer basis, as agreed in writing with each client.

Payment

Project deposits are 50% upfront and 50% on delivery. Retainer invoices are issued monthly and due within the period stated on the invoice. Payment is made via EFT (South African clients) or Wise (international clients) unless otherwise agreed. Late payment may pause active work until resolved.

Scope & third-party costs

Retainer hours cover Shopify development and related support as defined in your retainer agreement. Third-party costs — app subscriptions, paid themes, domains, ad spend — are not included and are agreed separately before purchase.

Termination

Either party may end an ongoing retainer with written notice, per the notice period stated in the individual retainer agreement.
